Pre-Session Tech Check

Nervous about computers and telehealth? We understand first appointment jitters especially when you're wondering if your technology will cooperate. Our admin staff will help walk you through a pre-session tech check to ensure you are comfortable and confident attending your telehealth session. 

Tech Tutor

If you are having tech issues we understand how frustrating and anxiety inducing that can be. We have all been there. We are available and ready to help if you need support and assistance. We can coach you through common tech issues and glitches you help you attend your session. 

Easy & Secure Sessions

Wellness Solutions uses Google Workspace for Healthcare with secure HIPAA compliant and encrypted sessions. Your therapist will send you an email at the time of your appointment. Simply, open the email, click the link to your appointment, and you're good to go. There is no need to set up a profile, download an app or software, and no special equipment required. Our system works with all computers, tablets, devices, and phones. Sessions can be anytime and anywhere for privacy, confidentiality, safety, and convenience. Flexible Scheduling for Real Life

We understand that real life happens to real people. Sometimes we lose control over our day, our schedule, and our environment. If you lose your privacy, an unexpected meeting arises at work, a child is home from school, or other unforeseen event occurs then let us know and we will be quick to provide you with new options to reschedule your appointment at a time you can feel comfortable and focused on your session without any worry or concern about privacy. We are here to help and that means making sure your care is safe, secure, private, and convenient. 

Connect & Communicate 

Connect and communicate with ease. We communicate with clients via phone, text, and email based on your preferences. We maintain an active online presence via our social media to support our online community and provide education, advocacy, and resources, and information. Online Intake

Wellness Solutions has a frictionless online intake process for your convenience. To get started, simply, complete our online new client intake form and we do the rest. We will review your information, match you with a therapist, check your insurance, and outreach for a new client welcome call to get you scheduled. Availability & Accessibility

Wellness Solutions staggers our new client admissions to ensure current clients can schedule appointments without a wait.

We are invested in your success and are available when you need us. We maintain open appointments in our clinical calendars to allow for flexible client appointment availability and accessibility.

 

If you have an emergency, need to reschedule, or are just having a really bad day and need some additional support then we reserve "drop in" appointment times to ensure you have our support when you need it- ASAP. VIP Client Care

Wellness Solutions is committed to providing VIP service to our clients. Our clinicians have limited case loads to ensure clients receive the time, attention, and care they need and deserve.

 

We believe care should be customized, caring, compassionate, and customer service driven.

 

We communicate with clients promptly and in most circumstances within 5-10 minutes of receiving a call, text, or email.

Telehealth Counseling, Coaching, & Psychotherapy in Texas

Counseling & Psychotherapy

  • The Wellness Solutions care team are credentialed in-network providers with most major private commercial insurance companies. 

 

  • Telehealth counseling and psychotherapy appointments 45 minutes in duration are covered benefits for private insurance at no extra cost.

 

  • Once we receive your completed new client intake form we will check you insurance benefits at the onset of care, provide you with the results of your benefits check, and submit claims to your insurance company on your behalf as part of your care.

 

  • To provide the most comprehensive billing process for our clients we only charge your credit card on file when your insurance has cleared your claim. This provides the most accurate and efficient billing process. 

​

  • Wellness Solutions is not contracted with public insurance, such as, Medicaid, Medicare, or Tricare. We do not bill for out of network services. If you do not have insurance or if you have out of network insurance then we offer sliding scale payment options based on request and need.

Coaching

  • Wellness Solutions provides personal coaching for clients who are seeking assistance identifying goals and improving their wellbeing.

  • Personal coaching is a supportive, goal-oriented partnership designed to help individuals unlock their potential, achieve personal and professional goals, and overcome obstacles that may be holding them back. Unlike therapy or counseling, which often focuses on mental health and emotional healing, personal coaching is forward-focused, emphasizing growth, action, and tangible results. A personal coach acts as a motivator, accountability partner, and guide as you navigate life's challenges and work toward meaningful change.

  • The coaching process is often tailored to meet the unique needs, values, and goals of each individual. It's not about "fixing" a problem; it's about empowering you to identify and leverage your strengths to create the future you want. Coaching sessions may cover a wide range of areas, including career transitions, relationship improvement, confidence-building, and achieving work-life balance.

  • Coaching services are not covered by insurance.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

​Wellness Solutions is excited to include EMDR services as part of the care we provide to our clients. This highly specialized treatment for adverse childhood experiences, trauma, PTSD, C-PTSD, anxiety, and shame resilience is a unique therapeutic intervention, supported with empirical research, and yields a much faster recovery for most clients.

​

EMDR services require extended session times of 90 minutes or more which are not covered by insurance. 

 

We offer EMDR care packages with discounted rates to assist cover the cost of care. 

​

Sliding Scale

  • If you do not have insurance or if you have out of network insurance then Wellness Solutions offers our services at a discounted rate or sliding scale rate to ensure accessibility and affordability of care.

  • We strongly believe that healthcare should be accessible to everyone who needs care and make every effort to provide flexibility and compassion to support you.

​​

Credit Card on File

  • We make paying for your care and staying current with your patient responsibility for care easy.

​​

  • All clients will be sent a secure link to add their credit card on file when they schedule their appointment.

​​

  • Your credit card will be charged for all services and you will receive an automated email receipt for your records. Wellness Solutions accepts most major credit cards except American Express.

​​

  • We use STRIPE secure and encrypted credit card processing to ensure your information security.

​​

  • All clients are required to maintain a credit card on file at all times.

​​

  • If a credit card is declined, expired, or is cancelled then the client's appointments will be cancelled until a new credit card on file is provided.

​​

  • Clients using EAP benefits or who have a zero patient responsibility are required to keep a credit card on file to cover expenses not covered by insurance. For additional information please visit our "Fees & Insurance" page.
