WS Ethics
At Wellness Solutions, ethics form the foundation of our counseling, coaching, and psychotherapy services. We believe that ethical practice is not just a standard to meet but a promise to our clients and our community. Our approach is guided by the fundamental ethical principles of counseling. Ethical practice is more than a set of rules at Wellness Solutions — it’s a reflection of our commitment to care, compassion, and accountability.

Core Ethical Principles

-
Autonomy: We respect each client's right to self-determination. Every client is seen as the expert of their own life, and we honor their capacity to make informed decisions about their care.
-
Beneficence: Our primary goal is to promote well-being and facilitate personal growth. Every decision we make is intended to benefit the mental, emotional, and psychological health of our clients.
-
Nonmaleficence: We commit to "do no harm" in all our interactions and interventions. Our clinicians are trained to ensure that care plans, techniques, and strategies prioritize client safety and emotional well-being.
-
Justice: We provide fair, equitable treatment for all clients. Wellness Solutions is dedicated to creating an inclusive space where every person feels valued, regardless of their background, identity, or life experience.
-
Fidelity: Trust is at the core of our practice. We maintain confidentiality, honor commitments, and prioritize the trust established in the counselor-client relationship.
-
Veracity: We strive to be truthful, transparent, and honest with our clients. From treatment plans to billing, our communication is clear, open, and ethically sound.
-
Confidentiality: This is an ethical understanding between the counselor and the client that what the client says will be protected without the client's permission.
-
Competence: Counselors should practice within their competence, based on their education, training, and professional experience. They should also continually update their skills
