WS provides the information, resources, and forms on this page to assist CURRENT CLIENTS with 24/7/365 SELF SERVICE options and CUSTOMER SERVICE options where WS Staff can assist current clients with administrative and billing information.

Current Client Requesting An Appointment, Change To A Standing Appointment (Day, Date, and/or Frequency), or Provide New Appointment Availability:

  • If you are a CURRENT CLIENT and you would like to REQUEST AN APPOINTMENT, CHANGE YOUR STANDING APPOINTMENT, or PROVIDE NEW APPOINTMENT AVAILABILITY because your schedule has changed you have SEVERAL options: 
  • OPTION 1 : You can access the WS Patient Portal and submit your request. Please make sure that your request includes several windows of availability in order to avoid communications tag back and forth to accomodate the schedule request. This task takes approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. Current clients can access the WS Patient Portal 24/7/365.  
  • OPTION 3: You can take photos of the front and back of the new insurance card  and send an email with both photos as attachments to the following email address: [email protected] . Please make sure that your request includes several windows of availability in order to avoid communications tag back and forth to accomodate the schedule request. This task takes approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. Current clients can complete this task 24/7/365.
  • OPTION 4: You can TEXT the WS Admin at 713-284-8499 and request the schedule change. Please make sure that your request includes several windows of availability in order to avoid communications tag back and forth to accomodate the schedule request. This task takes approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. Current clients can complete this task 24/7/365.
  • OPTION 5: You can call and request to speak with a WS Team member in a LIVE CALL by calling the main number to WS at 713-893-3989 and following the prompts to leave a VM in the correct inbox and WS staff will return your message. This task takes approximately 3-5 business days to complete from the initial request being received.
  • OPTION 6: You can call and request to speak with a WS Team member in a LIVE CALL by calling the main number to WS at 713-893-3989 and following the prompts to leave a message with the WS 24/7/365 LIVE AFTER HOURS ANSWERING SERVICE and WS staff will return your message. Current Client With New Insurance:

  • If you are a CURRENT CLIENT and you would like to provide NEW INSURANCE INFORMATION than you have four options:
  • OPTION 1 : You can access the WS Patient Portal and submit a new insurance information. This includes taking a picture of the front and back of the new insurance card and uploading the images to the patient portal. WS requires new insurance information to include the insurance card images with all new insurance submissions. This task takes approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. Current clients can complete this task 24/7/365.

  • If you are a CURRENT CLIENT and you would like to provide a NEW CREDIT CARD ON FILE than you have two options: 
  • General Information: We apologize that we are not permitted to accept credit card information via email or text due to PCI credit card compliance policies and laws. WS values your information security and privacy and either meet or exceed all Federal HIPAA compliant laws and information security encryption standards.
  • OPTION 1 : You can access the WS Patient Portal and submit a new credit card on file information. This task takes approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. Current clients can complete this task 24/7/365.
