For CURRENT CLIENTS, the WS Client Portal is an effective and secure method of communication with our staff regarding administrative, billing, and clinical questions and information sharing. We strive to make ourselves available to our clients utilizing convenient and private communication methods.
We encourage all clients to participate in utilizing the client portal to provide transparency and accessibility to important treatment information and ensure clients the opportunity to be active collaborators and decision makers throughout every phase of the care process.
When a new client is scheduled for his or her first appointment our staff will send a portal invitation via email. Once the portal invitation is accepted clients can view his or her vital health information, request an appointment or schedule change, and review insurance information.
Clients can update their insurance, credit card on file, demographic information, and medication information. Clients can review their drug allergies, vitals, diagnosis, and other treatment related information. Clients may also request to schedule, change, or cancel appointments through the portal.
Clients may opt to authorize a guest to have access to their portals. We find many young adult clients find this especially helpful. They can allow parents, who are also guarantors, access to insurance and billing information. Individuals with guest access to a portal have the ability to assist and support the client with treatment related administrative and billing information sharing.
