Counseling & Psychotherapy
The Wellness Solutions care team are credentialed in-network providers with most major private commercial insurance companies. This includes Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna/Evernorth, Magellan, Optum, UnitedHealthcare, and UMR.
Telehealth counseling and psychotherapy appointments 45 minutes in duration are covered benefits for private insurance at no extra cost.
Once we receive your completed new client intake form we will check you insurance benefits at the onset of care, provide you with the results of your benefits check, and submit claims to your insurance company on your behalf as part of your care.
To provide the most comprehensive billing process for our clients we only charge your credit card on file when your insurance has cleared your claim. This provides the most accurate and efficient billing process.

Wellness Solutions is not contracted with public insurance, such as, Medicaid, Medicare, or Tricare. We do not bill for out of network services. If you do not have insurance or if you have out of network insurance then we offer sliding scale payment options based on request and need.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
Wellness Solutions will begin providing EMDR services beginning November 2024.

Wellness Solutions is excited to include EMDR services as part of the care we provide to our clients. This highly specialized treatment for adverse childhood experiences, trauma, PTSD, C-PTSD, anxiety, and shame resilience is a unique therapeutic intervention, supported with empirical research, and yields a much faster recovery for most clients.

EMDR services require extended session times of 90 minutes of more which are not covered by insurance. Our EMDR services are not billed to insurance.
We offer EMDR care packages with discounted rates to assist cover the cost of care. Clients may also choose to schedule their EMDR packages up to 90 days in advance of their start date and pay half at the time of scheduling and half the day of the first session to help stagger the cost of care while securing an appointment.
Coaching
Wellness Solutions provides personal coaching for clients who are seeking assistance identifying goals and improving their wellbeing. Coaching services are not covered by insurance.
Sliding Scale
If you do not have insurance or if you have out of network insurance then Wellness Solutions offers our services at a discounted rate or sliding scale rate to ensure accessibility and affordability of care. We strongly believe that healthcare should be accessible to everyone who needs care and make every effort to provide flexibility and compassion to support you. To request sliding scale please select that preference when completing the new client intake form or contact our helpful admin staff when scheduling your appointment.
Credit Card on File
We make paying for your care and staying current with your patient responsibly for care easy. All clients will be sent a secure link to add their credit card on file when they schedule their appointment. Your credit card will be charged for all services and you will receive an automated email receipt for your records. Wellness Solutions accepts most major credit cards except American Express. We use STRIPE secure and encrypted credit card processing to ensure your information security.

EMDR services canceled or rescheduled more than 3 times will incur a $100.00 rescheduling fee.

If a client purchases a weekly individual package or EMDR intensive package and does not use the service within 90 days then the client forfeits the unused services.
There are no full or partial refunds for any EMDR services. ​

EMDR Intensive Packages
Clients seeking intense relief for their symptoms and prefer to focus on expediting their healing process as quickly as possible may prefer EMDR intensive sessions.
EMDR intensive sessions are individual EMDR sessions for several hours per day. Based on one's individual needs and goals a client can select the duration of their EMDR intensive and the frequency of their sessions.
If you are unsure of what service you may need then you and your therapist will discuss what is best for you in your first session and may adjust your treatment plan based on your progress.
