It takes courage and strength to embark on a change journey. We want to provide you with a secure, safe, and easy path forward so you can grow. Our new client intake was developed to make getting an appointment easy, private, convenient, and fast. We believe in reducing and eliminating the bureaucracy of healthcare so you can get results fast and without aggravation or the run-around. We streamlined and organized our new client intake process to save you time, ensure your privacy, and get you an appointment in 3-5 days.

Specialized Care By Experienced Professionals
The Wellness Solutions team are experienced professionals with specialized training in mental and behavioral health, substance abuse and chemical dependency, eating disorders, and self-injurious behaviors. Our team is dedicated to your success. We constantly strive to provide cutting edge innovative evidence-based treatment including mindfulness-based care, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Hassle-Free Appointments, Total Well-being
We reserve time for our clients weekly or every other week based on your schedule preferences. We refer to this dedicated time as a "standing appointment" or a "recurring appointment". By ensuring you have a consistent appointment schedule and providing structured appointments it is easier and more convenient to attend appointments. If your work, school, or life schedule does not allow for a standing appointment we outreach regularly to help maintain your self-care and make attending your appointments easier.

Technical Difficulties Are No Problem, We Can Help You
If you are having technical problems or if you have a change in plans and lose your privacy for your session- We understand! Telehealth is an easier way to engage in your change journey but it can have obstacles at times just like in-person services, they are just different barriers. If you encounter any technical issues or have a change to your schedule that prevents you from maintaining the privacy of your session then we can always provide you with support and assistance. Just let us know and we are happy to help. We have your back!

We Care, Stay Connected
If you are late for an appointment, miss an appointment, or if you are due for an appointment there is no guilt, no hassle, and no problems. We will outreach to all clients who are late for an appointment or miss an appointment. We also outreach for clients who are due for an appointment to provide extra support and gentle helpful reminders to maintain your progress and self-care. We outreach because we care and want to provide comprehensive compassionate care inside and outside of session.

Tech Tutor
If you are having tech issues we understand how frustrating and anxiety inducing that can be. We have all been there. We are available and ready to help if you need support and assistance. We can coach you through common tech issues and glitches yo help you attend your session.

Appointment Reminders & Friendly Outreaches
We all need gentle reminders to help keep track of our busy lives. We provide text and email appointment reminders. Our text and email links to provide your credit card on file are secure and private.
We also send regular text and emails to outreach regarding your schedule to check-in with you and provide the best fit for your needs.

Care That Comes To You Because Your Care Should Revolve Around You & Your Needs
We provide all care via telehealth to help you attend your sessions without crowded uncomfortable waiting rooms, traffic, parking, or missing work or school. Our care comes to you wherever you are and without the complications and hassles of in person care.

Our telehealth appointments are conducted using HIPAA compliant encrypted secure platforms. There is no need to download any apps or software.

Insurance, Sliding Scale, & Flexible Payment Options
Wellness Solutions values and honors everyone's right to pursue quality care that is accessible and affordable. Outpatient telehealth counseling and psychotherapy sessions are covered by private insurance at no extra cost. In fact, when you account for no missed work, no commutes, no parking, and no traffic telehealth is not only more accessible and easier it is also less expensive.

For services not covered by insurance we offer our clients sliding scale and payment plan options. We also price our services to ease the burden of treatment and help our clients achieve their desired goals without placing the burden of additional financial stressors for engaging in treatment.

Wellness Solutions offers sliding scale or discounted fees for clients who do not have insurance as part of our commitment and dedication to offering our client community affordable care options.

3 Freebie Flake Out Policy
Healthy relationships have mutual respect and understanding. We understand that real life happens to real people. We provide a compassionate and flexible attendance policy that we lovingly refer to as our "3 Freebie Flake Out" policy. Our counseling, coaching, and psychotherapy clients receive three appointments to cancel without notice, forget, or no show. We do not charge for the first three missed appointments for clients receiving counseling, coaching, and psychotherapy. If you miss your appointment or if something comes up then you do not have to worry. We have a guilt free forgiveness policy to help you stay focused on your care while maintaining your busy life.

Pre-Session Tech Check
Nervous about computers and telehealth? We understand first appointment jitters especially when you're wondering if your technology will cooperate. Our admin staff will help walk you through a pre-session tech check to ensure you are comfortable and confident attending your telehealth session.

Surveys & Feedback
We sincerely seek our feedback from our clients to improve our care and provide excellent service. We send surveys to seek your thoughts, opinions, and suggestions. Your feedback matters and we are listening to your recommendations.
Scheduling
Wellness Solutions believes in providing quality care. We dedicate time to you for your care journey based on your schedule preferences. This helps provide consistency for your appointments without the hassle of scheduling an appointment every week. Our new client admissions are limited to provide current clients with exclusive access to care. We reserve time based on your schedule preferences to offer you custom care personalized to your needs.
Appointment Options
Weekly Standing Appointment
Appointments are scheduled at the same time on the same day as a recurring appointment. You can change your weekly standing appointment at any time. Most new clients begin with a weekly standing appointment and "drop down" to every other week (EOW) standing appointments as they develop new coping skills and begin experiencing a reduction in their symptoms.
Every Other Week Standing Appointment
Appointments are scheduled at the same time on the same day every other week (EOW). You can change your EOW standing appointment at any time. Most clients schedule EOW appointments while continuing to develop new skills while decreasing their symptoms as a form of continued self-care maintenance.
Monthly Appointment
Monthly appointments are not scheduled as a standing appointment. They are scheduled based on the client's availability and preferences on a monthly basis. We will outreach to monthly clients periodically to provide gentle reminders to schedule their appointments. Clients with monthly appointments should also outreach to Wellness Solutions admin staff to schedule their appointment to ensure they get booked.
Bounce Appointment
Bounce appointments are not scheduled as a standing appointment. Bounce appointments are for clients who have school or work schedules that do not permit the consistency of a standing appointment and bounce around the schedule based on their individual needs. We will outreach to clients with bounce appointments periodically to provide gentle reminders to schedule their appointments. Clients with bounce appointments should also outreach to Wellness Solutions admin staff to schedule their appointment to ensure they get booked.
Tune Up Appointment
Clients who would like to schedule a "tune up" appointment can outreach to Wellness Solutions admin staff to schedule their appointment. Many clients discharge from care and have situations that challenge them that only need a brief refresh of skills to assist them. We will outreach to clients periodically to provide a gentle check-in to see how they are doing. We emphasize "normalizing" tune up appointments as a way to maintain self-care and keep their coping skills sharp. We believe that once someone is a client then they are always a client. We remain part of your team throughout your journey. All clients are welcome to return to care as they encounter new challenges and life transitions.
