To make a payment with your credit card, just fill out the amount below and click 'Make a Payment'. You'll be taken to PayPal's Website, where you can complete the payment to me safely and securely.

Please note that 24 hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling is required in order to avoid fees that are NOT reimbursed from insurance. 

 
As of September 1, 2011 you may use PayPal HOWEVER if you use this payment option a mandatory $5.00 fee is added to your balance. Please note that if you do not add that fee when you make your payment it will be added to your balance.

You can also pay in the office using your credit card or by check, or cash.

Payment is expected when services are rendered so clients will no longer be permitted to carry balances from one week to another.
