Dani Ellis has a Bachelors in Psychology from Loyola University New Orleans, a Masters in Professional Counseling Psychology (MA) from Argosy University Atlanta, and a Masters in Criminal Justice Administration (MCJ) from Loyola University New Orleans. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-S) in the state of Texas and is certified to provide supervision to clinisicnas working toward licensure. She is a National Certified Counselor (NCC).
She has treatment experience with problems of daily living, mental health disorders, addictive problems, eating disorders, trauma, and self-injury. She sees clients who are 13 years old and over for individual counseling. She also sees couples, families, and groups. Dani also offers assistance to families planning interventions.
 
Dani belongs to the following professional organizations: The American Counseling Association (ACA), The National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC), The Texas Counseling Association (TCA), The American Mental Health Counselor Association (TMHCA), The International Critical Incident Stress Foundation (ICISF), The Dialectical Behavior Therapy Association (DBTA), The Center for Mindful Eating (TCME), and the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology (ACEP).
Dani lives in Houston, TX with her husband. In addition to her commitment to help people; she enjoys spending time with her animals. She has two rescue dogs and two Paso Fino horses. She enjoys traveling, equestrian sports, and practicing Kenpo.
